Who is NEUE FREUNDE?
Neue Freunde is a Frankfurt-based toy design agency founded in 2007 by Carsten and Christopher. With a passion for creative, durable, and charming toys, they design products such as cork guns, shovel excavators, and stacking men that encourage children to "simply play." Their goal is to move away from short-lived souvenirs and toward sustainable toys. In their own workshop, equipped with a CNC milling machine and 3D printer, there are no limits to their ideas and inventions.
In addition to creating their own toys, Neue Freunde also works as product designers for renowned brands such as Kinder Surprise, Schleich, Ravensburger, and Revell. They provide not only ideas and illustrations, but also detailed 3D data and prototypes.
As parents and designers, they focus on toys that are useful for children, repairable, and, above all, durable.
