Delivery times:

The delivery times are shown on the product information pages.

Orders for stock items received prior to 2 p.m. are generally dispatched the same day. Our packages are delivered by Swiss Post. Piece goods on pallets are generally passed to the haulier by the next day at the latest.

Our logistics partner is the social enterprise Ancora-Meilestei in Wetzikon. The foundation, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2016, focuses on the social and professional integration of people with addiction problems as well as those with mental or social impairments. Ancora-Meilestei also provides training to commercial apprentices and is organically certified.

Ancora-Meilestei in Wetzikon performs all logistics tasks for us, such as goods receipts, product storage and the processing and dispatch of all orders. Trained social workers support the clients and ensure the quality of the work. A manager checks every package prior to dispatch to ensure that all items are contained. The tracking codes are then recorded and the person who placed the order is notified that the package is on route.

Our trade customers from EU countries are supplied by our logistics partner HANSA SCHWARZ from St- Georgen in Germany.

HANSA SCHWARZ is a young and dynamic company from St. Georgen in the Black Forest. The warehouse is certified by Öko-Kontrollstellennummer DIN-ÖKO-005 to organic warehouse. This applies to storage, packaging, initial reception for third country imports, labeling of organic products and shipping nationally and internationally.

Shipping packaging:

Not least for environmental reasons, we endeavour to recycle packaging materials, even if this means extra work and cost and does not leave a ‘shiny impression’ with you as a customer. That means that the boxes used are second hand and come from various goods deliveries to Ancora-Meilestei. Our logistics provider uses either recycled paper or cut-up cardboard boxes (again from previously delivered packages) as filler materials. We are certain that recipients will be won over by the inner values of the packages though.
