What personal data is collected?
If you contact us via the website or another means of communication, we collect personal data such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and/or other information that could be used to identify you.
We use our newsletter to inform you about our company and our services. If you wish to receive the newsletter, we need you to supply us with a valid e-mail address, your name to be used in the greeting line and information that enables us to check that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address or that its owner consents to receive the newsletter. No other data is collected.
We use a website analytics service to track the use of the website with the aid of cookies. You can completely or partially disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you disable cookies, however, you may no longer be able to use all the functions available on this website. The website analytics service that we use collects the IP address (internet protocol address) of your computer or device, among other data. However, the IP address is only used to identify you on exceptions, e.g. in the case of court proceedings or criminal investigations.
Why is personal data collected?
If you contact us via the website or another means of communication, we use the information to respond to your enquiry.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, the data shall solely be used to send the newsletter to a third-party system and not disclosed to third parties. Upon subscribing to the newsletter, we also store your IP address and the subscription date. This storage shall solely be used for evidence purposes in the event that a third party misuses an e-mail address and subscribes to the newsletter without the owner’s knowledge. You can withdraw your consent for the storage of the data and your e-mail address as well as its use for sending you the newsletter at any time. This withdrawal of consent can occur using the link in the newsletter itself, in your profile area or by sending us notification via the contact options detailed above.
We also use the data collected via web pages for statistical purposes to understand how our website is used and how we can improve it for visitors.

As a matter of principle, amplay AG does not disclose any data to third parties. However, we work with external service providers that assist us with the collection and processing of information and/or provide other services, e.g. logistics services, technical support or data hosting. For how long is personal data stored?
We save your personal data for as long as it is required to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer or shorter retention period is required or permitted by law.
