The Light my Bricks 2.0 Tether 1x3 is a compact mounting plate that reverses the stud direction, allowing compatible LMB 2.0 lighting components to be securely and discreetly mounted to the underside of LEGO® plates and bricks.
The Tether 1x3 was developed by Light my Bricks specifically to provide greater flexibility when integrating lighting components into LEGO® models. By reversing the stud direction, compatible components can be mounted not only on top of LEGO® elements but also underneath them. This creates additional mounting possibilities while allowing the lighting hardware to remain neatly and discreetly integrated into the model.
With its compact 1x3 stud pattern and dimensions of just 24 × 8 × 4.4 mm, the Tether 1x3 requires very little space. This makes it particularly suitable for confined areas, detailed constructions and other applications where lighting components need to be mounted securely while remaining as discreet as possible.
The Tether 1x3 is ideally matched to Light my Bricks 2.0 Micro Meteor Lights. It allows Micro Meteor Lights to be mounted, for example, to the underside of compatible LEGO® plates and positioned out of direct sight. This provides targeted illumination while keeping the lighting components themselves discreetly integrated into the construction.
