The Light my Bricks 2.0 Tether 3x3 is a compact mounting plate that reverses the stud direction, allowing compatible LMB 2.0 lighting components to be securely and discreetly mounted to the underside of LEGO® plates and bricks.
The Tether 3x3 was developed by Light my Bricks specifically to provide greater flexibility when integrating lighting components into LEGO® models. By reversing the stud direction, compatible components can be mounted not only on top of LEGO® elements but also underneath them. This creates additional mounting possibilities while allowing the lighting hardware to remain neatly and discreetly integrated into the model.
With its 3x3 stud pattern and dimensions of 24 × 24 × 4.4 mm, the Tether 3x3 provides a compact and stable mounting surface for appropriately sized LMB 2.0 components. This makes it particularly suitable for constructions where larger control or lighting components need to be securely positioned while remaining as discreet as possible within the model.
The Tether 3x3 is ideally matched to the Light my Bricks 2.0 FX Spectrum. It allows the effects controller to be mounted, for example, to the underside of compatible LEGO® plates and positioned out of direct sight. This keeps the FX Spectrum neatly integrated into the construction while retaining access to its extensive lighting control and effect capabilities.
